Allergies or Restrictions
Reduce added sugar, no processed meats, minimal red meats, organic meats only, low mercury fish only, no raw seafood, minimal dairy, no soft boiled eggs or home made (unpasteurised) mayonnaise. Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly, preferably clean with a vinegar solution. When cooking use minimal oil, coconut and extra virgin olive oil only, avoid frying foods where they could be steamed, baked or eaten raw.
