Special Instructions

Please support our local restaurants and delivery drivers and STAY HOME AND HEALTHY, thus no personal deliveries or home cooked meals please. Please sign-up for a date, indicate if a lunch or dinner delivery (11:30am or 7:30pm) so we can inform the inpatient unit(s) on that shift. Coordinate with any local food establishment for that restaurant to deliver food directly to Entrance #1 at the hospital. Our hospital staff will ensure it gets to the unit. ***Please sign up 24 hours in advance and ensure to specify the time of delivery (11:30am or 7:30pm) so we can notify that shift and be prepared for the delivery. Step by Step Instructions: 1. Select Date you wish to donate meal in the calendar 2. In the *meal section type in time of meal (11:30am or 7:30pm) and also what restaurant you will be ordering the meal from. EXAMPLE: “11:30am Panera Bread” 3. Call a local restaurant of your choice and order catering for 30 people Delivery Instructions for Restaurant: Deliver food to Entrance #1. Park in short term parking area by patient pick up and discharge area just around the corner from Entrance #1. If no parking is available you can park on curb. There will be a cart outside of the entrance. Deliver food to designated cart. There is staff available at entrance to immediately pick up the food and bring it to inpatient unit(s).
