The Grecos would love meals that have meat and veggies. Paleo/whole foods/ keto (not strictly). Grayson loves broccoli, purple sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, cauliflower. Dark greens, leafy, cruciferous veggies are his favorites. Healthy fats - cheeses, cottage cheese, avocados, etc.
