Allergies or Restrictions
Wendy is asking for low carb, low sugar meals. Some suggestions include: Meat (beef, turkey, chicken pork) Fish Vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, lettuce, cucumbers) Tacos (Wendy will make the meat into a salad with sour cream, cheese and salsa and the men will eat with shells) Sausage Cheese Nuts If you would like to make something with noodles, rice or potatoes, Wendy requests that you make these items on the side. Wendy's favorite desert is Fat Free Cool Whip with berried (raspberries, blueberries and strawberries). She says desserts are not necessary, however, she doesn't think Matt or Hunter would mind :).

Matt will be home to answer the door and accept meals between the hours of 5-6pm. If you wish to visit with Wendy, you may want to speak with Wendy ahead of time and/or choose a time mutually agreed upon other than meal drop off.
