Favorite Meals or Restaurants

Keith and Franzi appreciate non-vegetarian and vegetarian dinners. Keith in particular has protein needs, so if cooking vegetarian please consider adding non-meat substitutes. For meat, they prefer chicken, turkey, and seafood (shrimp, salmon and other fish). Keith's swallowing is changing due to ALS. Read on for some specifics. They prefer low or non-spicy foods (high spicy/hot foods no longer agree with Keith). Please avoid raw fibrous greens (ex, raw kale salad). Cooked greens (especially less fibrous ones like chard and spinach in lasagna, stews or soups) are great. Fresh salads work as well.
