Keto friendly (low carb, no/low sugar). We appreciate veggies, salads, healthy proteins (chicken, fish, turkey, pork) and any low carb casseroles or dishes. We use zoodles in place of noodles and cauliflower rice instead of potatoes, and any other similar substitutions typically. There are also some yummy egg bakes/egg bake muffins out there that are low carb and super quick, on-the-go breakfasts that are helpful. We also use sugar substitutes Stevia and Monk Fruit sweetener in desserts or dishes calling for sugar.
