Special Instructions

We have three nesco style roaster ovens that your meal can go into to keep it warm. food can be kept in our four large nesco ovens. We also have one refrigerator and one fairly large box freezer to store things that need to be cold such as salad or any cold desserts. It is not necessary to bring dishes (plates/bowls) or silverware, as we have dishes and silverware at the Newman Center.
