Special Instructions

BelPres is now a locked campus. Please deliver dinners on your selected date at 6:00 pm to Bellevue Presbyterian Church Upper Campus when we will be able to unlock door for you. For Dinners: Please bring dinner in disposable containers and leave on first floor kitchen counter in Upper Campus. We encourage everyone to stay and eat with the men, it's an enriching time! If you plan to stay and serve, dinner should be ready at 6:30pm. For Groceries: Please drop off supplies on Sunday(s) to the Upper Campus Kitchen. Put food on shelves labeled “Porchlight” and perishable items in refrigerator or freezer for “Porchlight”. Contact Sarah Tria (STria@belpres.org) with any questions or changes.

Please be sure your dinner includes the following items: - Food for 25 hungry men! (If your group is staying to eat with the men, please provide enough for your group as well. ) - Hearty main course (if pork dish, please also provide an additional few servings of non pork main course) - Vegetables (soft, roasted/steamed veggies are great) or salad - Starch (potatoes, rice) or bread - Fruit (soft) - mandarins, bananas, grapes, berries, fruit cups - 1 gallon of milk - 64 Oz Fruit Juice Because these men are in shelters all year round, we encourage you to make a homecooked meal! If you are not able to do so, we understand! Also, because of the limitations of warming food quickly, you can bring the food warmed and ready to eat.

Breakfast Groceries: - Mulitpack of yogurt - Granola or protein bars - Multipacks of Oatmeal - 2 dozen bagels - Hard boiled eggs (can find at Costco) - Avocados - Bunch of bananas - Cereal - precooked bacon (can find at Costco) - (optional) multipack of frozen breakfast sandwiches - (optional) protein shakes Lunch Grocery list: - 50 sandwiches/wrap/burrito, etc - Box of single serving bags of chips/crackers/popcorn/pretzels - Fruit cups/apple sauce - Case of Juice boxes Pantry Grocery list (one time only on 12/1): - Multipack of hot cocoa mix - Cans of chicken soup - Individual packs of cream cheese (can find at US Foods) - Pancake syrup - Honey in a squeeze bottle
