For Moms: Healthy baked goods or snacks are preferred, such as fresh fruit, meats and cheeses, crackers and hummus, olives, dried fruit, chocolate covered almonds or raisins, chips and dip or salsa. Think charcuterie! Grocery stores have some easy ready-made trays. For Kids: Prepackaged items like string cheese, crackers, apple slices, dried fruit, veggie straws, or lunch-ables. Low sugar drinks are great too!
