PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LUNCH GROUP HAS CHANGED TO 45 BECAUSE OF ALL THE EXTRA HELP THAT IS BEING NEEDED IN THE ER SO I HAVE ADDED A SECOND LUNCH OPTION FOR PEOPLE TO SIGN UP FOR. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! When you arrive, please call the CDH ER Front Desk at 630-933-6822 and someone will come out to your car to receive the meal.
