Our suggestion for the larger establishments would be to order a full tray or half tray of a hot meal. If you order cold sandwiches, then perhaps a meat/vegetarian platter. Same goes for Breakfast Foods, i.e., muffins, bagels, etc. Please ensure your restaurant includes a note indicating the meal is a "thank you" from your local community members.
