Suzanne is allergic to white rice, garlic, (fresh and dried), baker’s yeast, blueberries, pineapple, sunflower seeds, and shrimp. Suzanne can eat brown rice and gluten. Please read all the ingredient labels. Garlic is in a lot of things and can sometimes be hidden under “spices,” so please avoid that when you’re selecting food items. Yeast extract is also sometimes hidden in broth or spice packets. Suzanne can eat some sourdough bread as long as it doesn’t have added yeast. Thanks!”
