If you already have a texting relationship with Maria and have a restaurant in mind, feel free to touch base with her to see if they have any favorites from that particular place. Please ask the restaurant to NOT include plastic silverware (just getting thrown out) and take into account that there is usually at least one more person with Maria and the boys around dinner time.
