Special Instructions

Sponsors will be responsible for organizing and ensuring the delivery of food for their day, but we can connect you with a vendor, and one who can deliver as well. Please direct deliveries to the new lobby at 12:30 pm and 9 pm to be collected and distributed by hospital staff. Contact Kijana Robinson at KEMH Operations upon delivery at 532-0144. Suggested 50 meals at lunch, 50 meals at dinner. A full day covers both. *If your budget is for <50 meals* please reach out because there is an opportunity for you too! Any help at all is appreciated by staff. (This is where the donation button would normally accept donations but since the organizers handle no money through this process you will instead liase directly with a vendor. I can set it up; just send me a message.) Lastly, and we have to mention this, if you really do wish to help the hospital then they ask that you PLEASE GET VACCINATED. Roughly 95% of Covid patients in the ED and ICU are unvaccinated. You may still contract Covid after taking the vaccine, but you are less likely to have a severe case requiring medical intervention or hospitalization.
