Troy does have a sensitivity to iodine which is not noticed with regular table salt but can be noticed if sea salt is used heavily. In addition, this means he cannot eat shrimp.

Mitzi has been working on a special "brain" diet that has created a food path for her that is not a part of the Meal Train support. The meals provided through this will largely be for Troy and Andrew. We hope this does not discourage anyone in their interest or support. What we are learning is that there are some categories of food that may be very helpful for brain support, recovery, and cancer fighting, so Mitzi's meals and intake have been planned with that in mind.
