IMPORTANT!! Please mark the time you are bringing your meal (if applicable). Breakfast and Lunches are also needed for Mom and Dad while in the hospital. If personally delivering the meals, THANK YOU! Please bring meals to the 1st floor lobby, speak with the front desk receptionist. At times the patient rooms may change, communication with the receptionist is key. Please bring utensils, plates, napkins, and a drink for the family- as needed. Meals dropped off on the weekend are left "unattended" (Security is in the room, but in focused on the drop offs) in the lobby of NCH after 7 PM, please be aware. The hospital has a STRICT policy regarding visitors: NO VISITORS WHO ARE NOT NAMED ON THE PRE-ARRANGED LIST. They DO NOT make acceptions. The family CANNOT pull any strings to help anyone to see Montana due to the floor that they are on (Transplant Floor). Please be mindful of this and respectful to everyone involved. EXTREME SENSITIVITY IS TO BE EXERCISED BY ALL WHO ARE INVOLVED IN EXCHANGES WITHIN THE HOSPITAL SETTING BETWEEN OFFICER AND NURSE GREEN AS TO REDUCE THEIR STRESS DURING THIS TIME. Meetings may be arranged with the family prior to coming to the hospital in the NCH Lobby Courtyard as the family is able. Thank You. -RB
