IMPORTANT precautions due to being immunocompromised: 1. Please make sure nobody with cold/flu symptoms are around the food. 2. Food should not be left out, it should be delivered to Bess roughly within 1 hour of it being cooked; alternatively, please let it cool down and then freeze it immediately so that it can be microwaved here 3. Please wear gloves/mask while preparing the food.
