Special Instructions

Please text or call José when you get to the hotel or if you are running late. When you are bringing food or help, use the entrance to the room from the outside. instead of going to the main hotel entrance. Take a left, then a right in the hotel parking lot and there should be parking close to room 111. It would be helpful to call José to let him know you’re coming so that he can be prepared to let you in. José can speak and understand some English. He is vaccinated, but it's a hotel, so you should plan to wear a mask when you go inside. Since José will only have a small refrigerator and a small microwave and no freezer, please plan to bring something that José can eat in two meals (lunch and dinner) without a lot of leftovers. Please get in touch with Annegret or Jessica if you have questions, need Jose's #, if you are helping with groceries or laundry and/or to coordinate times.
