Favorite Meals or Restaurants

Favorite restaurants: Moe’s, Chick-fil-a, Longos, Zappitelli’s, Jets, Olive Garden, and Raising Canes. Suggestions: Chicken nuggets, penne pasta, tacos, black beans and rice, cheese quesadillas, mac&cheese, mash potatoes, broccoli, pizza, hot dogs/burgers, French fries, plain/“simple” salads, fruit, chips queso/guacamole. Breakfast for dinner is an option also: pancakes, waffles, hash browns, bacon/sausage, fruit bowls. If possible…if purchasing trays or making dishes…it’s easiest if the meal is deconstructed (ie instead of pre made tacos…a taco kit is preferred as there are kids/finicky eaters and they can add or leave out items.

Least Favorite Meals

Anything too complex…no cole slaw, Chinese food, or sushi.

Meal Train

Good evening! This meal train has been such an incredible blessing to Mike and the kids! It has helped by taking a BIG chore off of his plate every evening! We have been touched by everyone’s kindness and generosity. I did just want to remind people if they have signed up and no longer can provide a meal for that specific date…to please remove your name from the list so that another family can sign up or so that Mike can plan ahead. If you picked a date and are committed to it…just a friendly reminder to put it on your calendar:). Also…I know many of you signed up for the meal train back in January and put “TBD”…understandably!! If you could put the meal that you have decided to provide the family that would be so helpful…as it makes it easier on the families to follow you while making the decision on what they should drop off. Meal train changes/updates

We are so grateful for all of the meal contributions that we have received thus far. Supplying meals for the family has taken a big task off the daily “to do list”. I have had quite a few people reach out for meal ideas. I updated the meal train after talking with the kiddos today. Please reach out to me if you have any questions!...
