Allergies or Restrictions
Shellfish & Fish Allergies – We currently have medical respite clients with anaphylactic reactions to fish. We kindly request that you notify our staff immediately should any meals contain fish or fish derivatives, or if they have been prepared in proximity to seafood items. Pork Restriction – We have a couple medical respite clients who do not eat pork. If possible, please avoid cooking with pork products or provide an alternative meal option for those who cannot consume it.

9:00am BREAKFAST, 1:00pm LUNCH, OR 6:00pm DINNER, between 12:00pm-4:00PM OUTREACH

Please add your cell phone number to meal description in case we need to contact you with any changes. Thank you! Both MEDICAL RESPITE & OUTREACH meals can be dropped off at the Summit location (7666 W. 63rd Street) at the designated mealtime which you volunteered. MEDICAL RESPITE MEALS: If you are just dropping off the food, pull to the back of the building and call the respite phone at 708-967-4934. OUTREACH MEALS: If volunteering for Outreach meals, please drop them off Monday through Saturday between 12:00pm and 4:00pm. You can leave them with the front desk at the main entrance (facing 63rd Street).
