Update! My tastes have changed, unfortunately. I find that foods with lots of herbs or spices can turn my stomach just smelling them. So, blander foods and sweeter foods are much more appealing to me right now. Salty clear soups without many or any vegetables, chicken and rice dishes, steering clear of creamy foods and soups since I have digestive/tummy issues regularly. Any muffins that I can freeze are great as well. I am NOT a picky eater! I don’t care for cucumbers or green peppers. Most everything else is a thumbs up! Super appreciative of anything - thank you ❤️
Meal Instructions
Robin is fine with meals that are not cooked (she will cook them as needed) or cooked meals that just be need to be warmed up. Either one is fine!
