There will be two totes near their front door. If someone does not come to the door personally, please place your dinner in the "Dinner" tote and in a few days come back and check for your clean dishes in the "Dishes" tote. Also, on days when Melissa and John will be traveling to Anchorage for treatment and appointments, McKenna will still be here so Tuesday dinners are usually just for her! 😊 Directions: From East End Rd (aprox 9 miles out), take a right on Greer Rd and they are the 3rd driveway on the left.

Favorite Meals or Restaurants

High protein/calorie…he needs to put on more weight. Only cooked vegetables…fresh veggies/salads are hard on his tummy unfortunately. Pasta dishes are good. The best foods for John are lean proteins like salmon, chicken and lean meats. Right now the priority for John is healthy calories to gain more weight and supply protein.

Least Favorite Meals

Nothing spicy or too rich/fatty as John can’t process those foods easily. No Mexican food. Nothing spicy (at all, zero spice). Nothing fried. No pork. No beans.
