If you're planning on bringing a dinner to be eaten that night, our kids are use to eating by 5pm, so let us know if you won't be here by then and we should plan to feed them before. We eat most things and are just looking forward to the support from you all! I have said many times that being fed by our family and friends is by far the most cherished act of giving for us in the postpartum time. So thank you in advance! Happy to have high protein, nutrient dense foods. We eat all grains, pastas, vegetables, soups and meats. A meal could be some freezer breakfast burritos/sandwiches, easy snacks to help keep a healthy milk supply for Bree, pre made lunches for the kids during the week, or obviously a dinner. Kids wins tend to include things that can easily be deconstructed. DO NOT stress about kid friendly dinners, if needed we are happy to allow our children to live on Mac and Cheese for a few weeks.
