Alicia is in the Haver Hill Apartment complex, across Sapphire from the Kohl's parking lot. There's a walk-in gate that has a keypad that is directly next to the leasing office door (to the left of the door). The code is #0386. If you walk past the lawn and turn left, go all the way down to the end where the stairs/elevator is (there's a huge dragon on the ground-level patio right before the stairs.) Go up the stairs to the 2nd floor, turn right, and her apartment will be the first on the left (G14).
