Patti Jacobs passed away on Monday 12/9 after a brief battle with illness. She was a huge light in this world and is going to be immensely missed by all who knew her. Please join us Saturday 12/28 at 11am for Services at the St. Thomas Church in Underhill, VT. Following the Service we will have a pot luck gathering to celebrate her life. We hope you're able to stay and bring stories and memories of Patti. To make it easier for the family, organizers, and others who wish to contribute, we have created this sign up sheet which will allow everyone to see what is being provided.
