Hello Band Parents, We are quickly approaching our second competition of the season! Saturday, September 28th is the Legacy Marching Festival. This week we are going to have a Baked Potato Bar for our first meal and we will order from a restaurant for our second meal if we make it to finals. Cold food can be dropped off at Miranda's house on Friday or at the school on Saturday morning between 8 and 8:30. Potatoes must be wrapped in foil and baked ahead of time, they must be delivered hot on Saturday to either the school or the stadium. We will be feeding 150-170 people, which is no easy task and it takes all of us to do it! Items can be dropped off on Friday at Miranda Reynolds' house (I live off Huron St. in Westminster near the Orchard Town Center). Anytime on Friday is fine. There will be a cooler plus a tub for non-perishable items on my front porch that you can put your items in. If you bring an item in a crock pot, please be sure to label the crock pot so it can be returned to you. Please plan to pick it up from the school in the evening or from the food tent at the stadium.
