High-protein meals are key for recovery. Julio loves fruits (bananas, oranges, apples), vegetables, chocolate milk, tortilla soup, and snacks (potato chips, salty peanuts, sweet bread).

Julio does not eat red meat or seafood. For now, Julio wants to limit spicy foods and pork.
