Please support our local restaurants and delivery drivers and STAY HOME AND HEALTHY. ***Please no home cooked meals. ***We also ask for you to alert our communications department 48 hours in advance if you plan to invite media. Please email: hprescott@beaconhealthsystem.org Sign-up for a date, indicate if you would like to deliver lunch or dinner (11:30am or 8:00pm) so we can inform the COVID-19 inpatient unit(s) on that shift. Coordinate with any local food establishment for that restaurant to deliver food directly to the Emergency Room entrance of the hospital. Our hospital staff will ensure it gets to the unit. ***Please sign up 24 hours in advance and ensure to specify the time of delivery (11:30am or 8:00pm) so we can notify that shift and be prepared for the delivery. Step by Step Instructions: 1. Select Date you wish to donate meal in the calendar 2. In the *meal section type in time of meal (11:30am or 8:00pm) and also what restaurant you will be ordering the meal from. EXAMPLE: “11:30am Panera Bread” 3. Call a local restaurant of your choice and order catering for 15 people Delivery Instructions for Restaurant/Driver: Deliver food to the Emergency Room entrance of the hospital. Inside the door there will be a Bremen associate there to greet you. They will be able to deliver the food to the appropriate unit. ***If you are picking up and delivering please follow the same instructions above.
