Favorite Meals or Restaurants

We eat whole food, minimally processed meals as much as possible! Clean/healthy meats, veggies and fruits are great. Our carbs of choice are usually sweet potatoes or rice, but other potatoes, tortillas and pasta are fine occasionally too! Restaurants we love include Pitaz, Chipotle, Chick-Fil-A, Mas Margaritas, Papa Murphy’s and any of the Thai or Chinese places on the NE side of Cedar Rapids.

Least Favorite Meals

We try to limit meals with pasta to once per week and use gluten free pasta most of the time. Please also limit meals with a lot of beans (not green), as they cause tummy issues for many of our family members - thank you!
