Special Instructions

Please have food delivered to the Activity Center by 4:45 PM so we can begin serving at 5:00 PM. If you're available, we warmly invite you to stay and help with set-up, serving, and clean-up after supper wraps up around 5:30 PM. It’s a simple but meaningful way to connect with our CYO teens and experience the joy of this ministry firsthand! 🧃 Drinks and paper products (plates, cups, napkins, utensils) are provided by the parish, so no need to bring those unless you’d like to. 👩‍🍳 Mrs. Maria Padron is usually on-site and happy to assist with set-up and preparation—you’ll have friendly support! 🚗 Need to Drop Off Early? No problem! If you're unable to stay or need to drop off food earlier in the day: Please contact Samantha Edwards at (662)364-8676 to coordinate a drop-off time. We have access to a refrigerator and warmer to safely store food until supper time. Make sure any reheating or serving instructions are included with the food. 🍕 Ordering Takeout or Delivery Works Too! Short on time? Takeout or delivery is a great option! Feel free to order a meal from a local restaurant or catering service. You can have it delivered directly to the church at: Annunciation Catholic Church Activity Center 823 College Street Columbus, MS 39701 (Please coordinate with Samantha to ensure someone is available to receive it.)
