Detailed guidelines for chaperones and meal providers are also posted on our website. o Hands are to be washed and plastic gloves to be worn while serving o All food is to be served to the guests. Guests will not serve themselves. If you are staying to serve, if possible, please take home any perishable food as we have limited refrigerator space

Meal Instructions

Plan a simple, nutritious, and tasty meal to feed about 15 people. Food may be prepared at home and brought to site to be heated up, bring pre-packaged meals or order from a restaurant to have delivered to the host site. Please include: o Main dish o Side vegetables and/or salad o Bread and butter o Dessert o Drinks, including gallon of water, WHOLE milk, juice o Snacks for morning takeaway (eg cereal bars, fruit, crackers)

The following items are provided at the site: o Paper plates, cups, napkins, plastic ware, coffee, sugar, masks and gloves, cleaning supplies

Assist with cleanup if you are staying to serve.

Task Instructions

Meal Providers may choose to stay and serve or meals may be dropped off to be served by volunteer chaperone and/or site coordinator. If you are staying to serve, please take home any leftover food as we have limited refrigerator space.
