When a new baby is born the early weeks are majorly important to allow mom and baby to bond and recover and integrate. Preparing healthy meals or donating funds to go towards groceries or even delivering groceries is extremely helpful. Dietary preferences but thankful for all contributions: paleo diet preferred, no food coloring or high fructose corn syrup Suggestions: Beef stew, roasted veggies like sweet potato would be great. Miso soup, Tom kha soup. Warm nourishing and easy to digest foods are best for postpartum moms
