Position: Customer Support Representative
The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to Meal Train’s mission to simplify the process of organizing meal-giving for significant life events.
This is an approximately 20 hour per week role and it can be done remotely. The 20 hours can be spread over 8a-5pm Eastern Time on weekdays. Several virtual meetings per week are required.
The Customer Support Representative will have a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service. The job entails assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services via various online channels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for the role. Prior customer service experience is not necessary, but computer skills and analytical problem solving are key.
