We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to expand our affiliate partnerships, drive growth, and amplify our mission of supporting communities through meal giving.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute an affiliate marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners who align with MealTrain.com’s mission.
Manage and nurture relationships with affiliates, providing support, insights, and incentives to maximize performance.
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports and optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop compelling creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to keep MealTrain.com at the forefront of affiliate marketing.
Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and ethical marketing standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing.
Proven track record of growing and managing affiliate programs.
Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance-based marketing strategies.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, affiliate tracking platforms, etc.).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Passion for MealTrain.com’s mission and community-driven initiatives.
Able to work out of our Burlington, Vermont office at Hula
