Digital Gift Cards:
All digital gift cards are delivered via email. If you are missing an email, check your spam filter. The email would be from noreply@orders.thegiftcardshop.com or delivery@orders.thegiftcardshop.com.
Unable to find the email? Have it resent.
From your Meal Train Dashboard page, click the Edit Page button and then the Manage Gift Cards button to view the list of givers. Click the email address of the giver and request they resend the gift email by accessing their order receipt or from the Order Tracking page.
If you notice an issue with the recipient email address, (typo, sent to a no longer active email, etc.) you will need to reach out to the giver to update their purchase with InComm by taking these additional steps found here.
Physical Gift Cards: Physical cards are mailed and take extra processing time. If you are unable to locate the card after 7-10 days, please visit the support page or call 1-833-942-7467. Gift card orders are processed and fulfilled by TheGiftCardShop.com / InComm.
Remove Gift Cards
If you would like to remove the gift card widget, open the Meal Train page and click the Edit Page button at the top of the Meal Train page. Then click the Manage Gift Cards button.
Use a Gift Card
If you received the gift card in your email, you'd use it directly with the merchant on the card. For DoorDash gift cards, learn more here.
Gift Card Display
While it is possible to display the gift card giver name as anonymous on the Meal Train page, it is not possible to hide the gift card amount.
