Welcome to Granite City's Summer Eat Together Gatherings! Join us for dinner at the home of Emily and Sean Smith. Here's what you need to know: TIME & LOCATION This Eat Together has been rescheduled to Saturday, August 30th. You can start showing up as early as 4:30pm, food will be ready at 5pm. The gathering ends at 7:30pm. Emily and Sean live in Quincy, quite close to Granite City Church. We will email the exact address to all participants in advance of the gathering. Look out for an email a few days before the date that says "via Meal Train." This will contain any timely info you need to know about the event (address, parking situation, cancellation in case of rain). FOOD We'll provide the main course. If you want to contribute, you can bring a side, dessert, or beverage. ENTERTAINMENT/SEATING This is primarily an outdoor event and we'll have outdoor seating. There will be water toys available for the kids. Any children who go inside the house must be accompanied by an adult. Please remove shoes before entering the house. In the event of rain, we'll announce a rain date. RSVPs Please RSVP! We require a head count in order to plan for seating and food. If you are definitely attending, your RSVP is your "sign up" for an item on this page. If you're not sure WHAT you'll bring or IF you will be bringing something, that's okay! You can list your item as "To be determined." In the notes section for your item, please tell us how many people (including kids) will be attending with you. In order to make sure we have enough food and seating, RSVPs may close at 5 pm on the day before the event.
