Allergies or Restrictions
We've been advised that things like rice, beans, peas, corn, or any of those foods that have "holes" are potential choking hazards. I'll try to get a little more specific the next time the speech therapist comes back, but basically if you think about babies and their first foods they shouldn't eat, that's stuff he shouldn't eat. He isn't really chewing food so we keep the bites small and sort of let it melt in his mouth and slide down.
