Home-cooked or delivery both work! Lunches and dinners are most helpful. You’re welcome to stay and hang out, or just drop off. Whatever’s easiest. Gift cards to Instacart or Uber are also appreciated (flexible for delivery or rides). Donated funds will likely go toward those. If you’re available, I’d also really appreciate a grocery buddy: someone to come with me to the supermarket. Walking or driving both work, it's just important that I'm not alone in case something happens. Thank you so much 💛

Favorite Meals or Restaurants
Right now, anything Mediterranean or Middle Eastern is the easiest and most recommended food. Things like falafel, hummus, baba ghanoush, grilled kebabs, lentils, and dishes similar to Libanais or Noon O’ Kebab. Adding a scoop of nuts or beans also helps! Fresh fruit is always a win, too. Sharlene loves Cosmic Crisp apples, not-so-ripe bananas, and raspberries. Did you know a pint of raspberries has half of your daily recommended fiber? Soups are great because I can freeze them, they’re hydrating, and easy to eat. Veggie, lentil, bean, minestrone soups are good. Miso, tomato, and low sodium broths are good bases. Least Favorite Meals
There is no food I don't like but... No french fries, white bread, chicken tenders, pizza, or similar junk food for now.
