Special Instructions
We are so excited to be able to offer food for our guests again and we are so thrilled you would like to donate a meal. To safely offer this incredible amenity for our guests, all food/meals will need to be packaged in take-out containers. Meals can include anything that guests can retrieve from the kitchen for themselves without it being a true buffet. For example: you may bring two dozen plastic containers filled with spaghetti and meatballs, and two dozen smaller containers with salad and bread. Bottles of salad dressing can be donated for guests to self-serve, but full meals will need to be packaged. It would be optimal if all donating groups could deliver meals already prepackaged, but if you would like Family House staff to take care of that, we happily will. Please expect to prepare enough food for about 25-30 people - and please make sure to wear a mask while in the Family House. As stated above, if your group would prefer to drop off items for us to portion out and then freeze leftovers (lasagnas, casseroles, soups, etc. - or pastries/baked goods) that would be wonderful as well. Whatever you can do, we appreciate.
