It's time to celebrate the 2025 Lunar New Year!! "Happy Lunar New Year" in Mandarin is: xīnnián kuàilè - 新年快樂 . It is pronounced "shin nee-an kwai le". We are planning on 200 people attending. Since Dumplings will be made on site, the meal categories will include: Appetizers, Noodle Dishes, Rice Dishes, Meat Dishes, Other Main Dishes, Desserts, and Beverages. Please sign up below. If possible, please plan to have each dish serve an average of 8 (or more) people. Check back on the list as we get closer to the big day in case we have to add more slots to a category. Thank you!
