Special Instructions
Onesimus Instructions: Typically, we serve a main dish, salad or veggie, and dessert. Casseroles work great, as food should be ready by 6 p.m., but it is held in the warmer until they eat around 8 p.m. Below is a list of everything we stage in the kitchen: 1/2 dispenser of each: iced tea, lemonade, and water. Chinet paper plates (or bowls if needed), plastic silverware, napkins, cups. Serving utensils (tongs, spoons, ladles, etc.) Misc. notes as needed with special instructions such as "dessert is in frig" or "main dish in warmer, salad in frig". The guys will clean everything up, and store leftovers in frig. Monthly budget is $100 (for food only-other items available in church kitchen), and you would turn in receipts for reimbursement to the church office or Kathleen Smith. Please be sure to indicate what your meal is so we can provide a variety of meals.
