Meal Train® for Karin Edwards
Recipient Info
Allergies or Restrictions
No: - cow dairy except butter - shellfish - industrially-farmed meat and animal products - mostly avoiding fried foods
Food For
1 Adult
Drop-Off Time
Between 12-1:30 for lunch and 5-6:30 for dinner
Special Instructions
I'm very social and having company helps me eat better, so if you want to bring a meal (or cook here) that's welcome. I have nausea from side effects.... but once I start eating I realize that I am hungry! LOL Anything that falls within this list will be great! Yes: - Healthy foods, all types of veggies, lots of brassicas (my garden has kale and bok choy) - goat/sheep dairy (I usually have goat chevre and sheep manchego) - Grassfed cow butter (I have the Kirkland version of Kerrygold) - meat, fish, eggs if humanely raised - I'm maximizing protein because it's good for surgery healing, and minimizing muscle loss during bedrest - Mild level of spicy is okay! - Non-dairy treats in moderation. I'm keeping sugar low by choosing small portion sizes
