Special Instructions

Please support our local restaurants and delivery drivers and STAY HOME AND HEALTHY, thus no personal deliveries or home cooked meals please. Please sign-up for a date, indicate if a lunch or dinner delivery (11:30am or 7:30pm) so we can inform the inpatient unit(s) on that shift. Coordinate with any local food establishment for that restaurant to deliver food directly to the hospital. Our hospital staff will ensure it gets to the unit. Please sign up 24 hours in advance and ensure to specify the time of delivery (11:30am or 7:30pm) so we can notify that shift and be prepared for the delivery. Step by Step Instructions: 1. Select Date you wish to donate meal in the calendar 2. In the *meal section type in time of meal (11:30am or 7:30pm) and also what restaurant you will be ordering the meal from. EXAMPLE: “11:30am Panera Bread” 3. Call a local restaurant of your choice and order catering for 30 people Delivery Instructions for Restaurant: Day shift deliveries must be made to Door #8 in the East Tower. Deliveries must be left with security, who will notified ahead of time that the delivery will be made. A member of the clinical team will immediately pick up the food and bring it to inpatient unit(s). Evening deliveries must be made to the ED entrance, and follow the same procedures of leaving the deliveries with security. Favorite meals/restaurants All food must be individually wrapped/packaged. This is to ensure we are maintaining infectious protocols.
