No gluten or peanuts please. Asian or Indian inspired flavors are not preferred. Recipes heavy on onions, green peppers, mushrooms or tomato chunks are not well tolerated at this time.

Please text Tamara: 319-400-5471 for any questions about your food night drop off and to let her know when anything has been delivered.

Groceries Instructions

If cooking dinner isn't your thing, but you are out and about on the weekends, choose a Saturday to pick up a few items from the family's list for the week. Items could be dropped or arranged to be delivered that day. Please text Tamara: 319-400-5471 as early as a few days before or that morning to get her list and to let her know when a cooler drop has been made. If meal or grocery drops aren't convenient, cash, Hy-Vee or Visa cards are also helpful.
