Special Instructions

- Leah has a severe allergy to dairy. Please take a picture of the ingredients used in meal (if homemade) including all spices used so we can make sure there isn’t any dairy or shellfish in them. - Please deliver your meal between 5 and 6pm. - Please be sensitive to the fact that Leah might not be up to visitors. - Most evenings, Kathy will be there to support them so please consider a total of 3 adults when preparing meals. If you’d like to bring them food from a local restaurant, here are some suggestions and their order preference: chick Fil a -Grilled chicken sandwich meal with large well done fries and Diet Coke -chick Fil a sandwich with large fries and Oreo shake -grilled chicken sandwich with a large fry -kids chicken nugget meal with French fries and lemonade -lots of Chick Fil a sauce Wing stop -16 piece boneless strip combo. 4 strips bbq and 12 lemon pepper. Double fries (no rolls because they have dairy and Leah's allergic so substitute fries for the rolls). Dressings - 2 ranch and 1 bbq Loft Hawaiian BBQ -three item combo w/ double Mac salad with island style fried chicken (2), Korean bbq beef (1) with bacon fried rice -three item combo w/ double Mac salad with island style fried chicken(2) and Korean bbq beef (1) with steamed rice -two sides of teriyaki sauce. -grilled chicken and rice bowl Panda Express -3 item combo String bean chicken, sweet fire chicken, and teriyaki chicken with half steamed rice half chow mein -3 item combo Chow mein only with honey walnut and double order of teriyaki chicken -2 item combo with steamed rice, black pepper chicken and beef and broccoli. Side of veggie rolls Wendy’s -Spicy crispy chicken sandwich meal with fries (no salt) and large Diet Coke lemonade. -kids hamburger meal -double cheeseburger meal with fries and a large Diet Coke -number 1 no cheese with ice tea In N’ Out -hamburger meal no onion with fries and a large Diet Coke (allergy alert) -double double cheeseburger no sauce and whole grilled onion ONLY with fries and a large Diet Coke -cheeseburger and fries -hamburger meal with fries and pink lemonade -extra sauce packets please
