Special Instructions
Surgery is on Thursday, January 10th and food will only be for David as he will be spending all his free time at the hospital for approximately 2 weeks. After January 24th, Stella is expected to come home to recuperate from the surgery. She will need to eat many small meals throughout the day consisting of lean protein, avoiding high fat, sugar and high fiber foods.
