Lentils Beans Potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, peas, corn, beetroot, carrot Most fruit Dairy Alcohol FOOD TOO EAT Protein: Tofu, organic eggs, cold water fish, ocean salmon, sardines, organic grass feed beef, organic chicken Vegetables: alfala sprouts, artichoke, asparagus, avocado, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, broccoli, broccolini, brussel sprouts, bok choy, cabbage, capers, capsicum, cauliflower, celery, chicory, cucumuber, chives, dill pickles in vinegar, dandelion greens, eggplant, endive, fennel, garlic, kale, lettuce, kohlrabi, leeks, mushrooms, mustard greens, parsley, okra, radish, salad greens, sorrel, spinach, silverbeet, snow peas, squash, swiss chard, turnip, watercress. Non-dairy: Coconut cream, coconut oil, coconut butter. Fruit: Lemon, lime, loquot, fresh strawberries, blueberries.
