Gluten Free, Sugar Free (coconut sugar and monkfruit sugar ok), Carbonated drinks, fried foods, , Raw fruits with the skin. Examples include: High-fiber foods, such as raw vegetables (except lettuce). Whole grains, such as whole wheat bread, brown rice, bran cereal, quinoa, and buckwheat. High-fiber foods, such as dried or canned legumes (I can do this in small amounts now!), Whole milk, Regular ice cream or sherbet. cabbage, pineapple, bean sprouts, nuts, coconuts, bamboo shoots, orange pith, lettuce, celery, popcorn, and dried fruit.

Examples include: Soft melons, such as watermelon and honeydew Orange without the membrane (the thin clear or white part around each orange section) Ripe banana
