No allergies but no or little ADDED salt would be good. My husband and I both have a bit of an issue with swallowing sometimes, therefore the casseroles, soups,pastas, etc are great. (moist)

Kathy requests soft food such as casseroles. But....goulash/soups/etc might be good too. We may be able to deliver FROM school so if you cannot deliver, we can get it to them from school (daughters may be able to pick things up from school.)
