2024-2025 Season

SJ

August 7, 2024 by Stefanie Johnson of His Hope Ministries

Good morning, everyone! We are approaching another season to open our doors to our community who finds themselves without housing and needs a "hand up" in their lives. We are so blessed to again have the compassion of the Denton Camp to allow us to reside here on the beautiful campgrounds. With that all being said we are reaching out to you all again to open your hearts to feeding our guests again this season. You all are such a blessing to our guests, and we can't thank you enough for your generosity. The dates are set up and you can begin signing up at your convenience. While we are still on the mission to find a year-around location for our shelter, we will continue to serve to the best of our abilities those who come in our doors. We hope you can join us for our annual Shelter Warming event on Monday, August 26th from 5:00-7:00 where you can drop off any donations, take a look inside the shelter (if you haven't had a chance to take a tour), and enjoy fellowship with the staff before we begin our season the next day. We would love to have anyone who have any talents that they would like to share with our guests to reach out. We would love to have people come in and share devotionals, make crafts with the guests, or any other ideas that you all may come up with. Thank you again for all you do to serve those in need. We are truly grateful to you all and we couldn't do what we do without the support of our wonderful community. Thank you and God bless. -Stefanie Johnson, Executive Director of His Hope Ministries...
