Lite on salt No cows milk unless cooked- cheeses are okay No hot spices or peppers, no sweet peppers, No corn or fresh tomatoes, No ham-but any other pork is good, Mo shell fish- all other fish is good, No raw unions but cooked are great No citrus or acidic foods Guerry apologizes; however, her gut is super sensitive!
